[GENERAL] Socket command type N unknown

The first and last notice are mine from stored procedures.
But what about second and third noticies. How can I debug where the error
occur???
What such error "Socket command type N unknown" is stand for???

Does anybody know how to fix error (see subject)? I suppose the problem is
in using PSQL (may be old version) but direct SQL command SET QUERY_LIMIT is
not using...
