[BUGS] Problem during upgrade
Hi I had v8.3.0 and tried to upgrade it to v8.3.9-1. I download and unzip. Then I double click on UPGRADE.bat. During the installation, it stopped and pop up a window where it's written: "An error occured during the installation of assembly'policy.8.0.Microsoft.VC80.CRT,publicKeyToken="1fc8b3b9a1e18c3b",type="win32-policy",version="8.0.50727.762",processorArchitecture="x86". Please refer to Help and Support for more information." Please refer to Help and Support for more information." That's the Microsoft Visual C++ 8 (2005) runtime library. It's installed by a bundled installer provided by Microsoft.
