To: All Indonesian seaman Sekedar mau berbagi info dengan kawan2 semua. saya berada di timur tengah di teluk persia iran. Kita punya kawan di sini di sebuah perusahaan yang bernama "Al Mataf shipping", dia sebagai master di crew boat. Dia sudah hampir 4 bulan, tp gaji yang di bayar kalo tidak salah br 1 bulan, sudah minta pulang dengan berbagai alasan tp tetap tidak dikasi .kapalnya kapal baru, tp sudah banyak kerusakan. dua hari yang lalu, 2 buah generatornya black out, otomatis kapalnya tidak bisa berbuat apa2 lg.untuk buang air saja terpaksa numpang ke kapal lain karena pompa toiletnya tidak berfungsi.untuk masak sudah tidak bisa, terpaksa dia hanya makan roti.dia beberapa kali telpon ke kantor tp katanya orang2 kantor seperti kurang peduli.nanti setelah 2 hari terkatung2 baru kantor pasang portable generator. Ch.engineernya dari burma sudah hampir setahun belum bisa pulang karena blum ada pengganti padahal dia sudah notice 4 bulan yang lalu. Hati2 dengan company ini. kantornya di Dubai, tp sebenarnya company ini company iran. Kapalnya rata2 beroperasi di teluk persia. Armada company ini banyak, supply boat and crew boat. Kita punya kawan di sini di sebuah perusahaan yang bernama "Al Mataf shipping", dia sebagai master di crew boat. Dia sudah hampir 4 bulan, tp gaji yang di bayar kalo tidak salah br 1 bulan, sudah minta pulang dengan berbagai alasan tp tetap tidak dikasi .kapalnya kapal baru, tp sudah banyak kerusakan. dua hari yang lalu, 2 buah generatornya black out, otomatis kapalnya tidak bisa berbuat apa2 lg.untuk buang air saja terpaksa numpang ke kapal lain karena pompa toiletnya tidak berfungsi.untuk masak sudah tidak bisa, terpaksa dia hanya makan roti.dia beberapa kali telpon ke kantor tp katanya orang2 kantor seperti kurang peduli.nanti setelah 2 hari terkatung2 baru kantor pasang portable generator. Ch.engineernya dari burma sudah hampir setahun belum bisa pulang karena blum ada pengganti padahal dia sudah notice 4 bulan yang lalu. Hati2 dengan company ini. kantornya di Dubai, tp sebenarnya company ini company iran. Kapalnya rata2 beroperasi di teluk persia. Armada company ini banyak, supply boat and crew boat. Semoga infonya bermanfaat, biar kita tidak terjebak dalam company yang abal2, and tidak sengsara di negeri orang.
