Hello: You need to uninstall itunes and all related software. This includes bonjour. There are some posts on applevis all about this. After cleaning up the mess the update made with my iTunes, I was able to go to iTunes on the Apple web site and download the Setup program. It installed without difficulty, and my libraries seem to be unaffected.
