Program for general recording on the PC needed.

2013-07-18 Thread Dave Scrimenti
Hello,
I'm looking for a program I can use to record things like internet streams from
Hulu, YouTube etc, as well as my slingbox, Rhapsody and so on. In short, I want
to record stuff I hear on my PC. The problem I'm having is that the program I
currently use, Total Recorder, is unable to record the audio I want without
also recording the screen reader, Jaws. In XP, Total Recorder could separate
the audio streams and keep Jaws out of the recording, but it can't do it in
Windows 7 or 8. Is there another program I can use that will do this? I could
use 2 sound cards, 1 for JAWS, 1 for stuff I want to record, but I'm using a
laptop. So I'd have to take the computer, external sound card, and headphones
or speakers everywhere I go, which is quite annoying. Any help is greatly
appreciated.

Subject: winamp EQ

Can anyone please tell me how to adjust the equalizer. I have it checked and
can control tab to it, but nothing I do seems to change anything. I'm using
windows XP, Jaws 14, and winamp 5.63. Thanks. Joe.
