Re: Winamp Version 5.62 is now Available
Hey, does anyone know how I might get a plugin that works in winamp 5.581 to work in the new winamp? It's this great plugin that lets you get to the windows shell context menu within winamp and is really useful for emailing songs to people. But when I tried it in winamp 5.61 it wouldn't show up and the creator never responded to several emails I sent about this, so I think he's flown the coop. i don't know anything about plugins nor how to update this one. No luck in finding similar on the winamp plugins site. any thoughts? I like to stay current but if this plugin doesn't work and I use it all the time, no sense staying current. r Dave c. bahr On 6/30/2011 8:29 PM, Steve Pattison wrote: Winamp version 5.62 is now available and one place where you can download it from is at http://download.gdownload.nullsoft.com/winamp/client/winamp562_full_emusic-7plus_en-us.exe This is a direct link to the file. The one drawback, for some, of this headset is that you can't use it while it charges. It is advertised as a gaming headset so those who game for 8 hours straight were annoyed that you can't use it while charging. For me, that's not an issue I need to worry about. However, even if you don't get this specific model, I recommend plantronics over any brand personally. hth Dave c. bahr On 6/30/2011 7:18 AM, Paul Porter wrote: > I am looking for a good quality wireless headset to both listen to > the pc in one ear and phone calls in the other. Re: Reconstituting Albums from APE and FLAC files
use Medieval CUE Splitter, works like a charm on a quadcore. Works with ape and flac files if you have cue files, and can do batch processing. re-ripping and converting is too time consuming. What's the best way to turn these back into single tracks? Do I have to burn them to a disc and then reconvert (re-rip) them to the individual tracks? Thanks in advance. Re: Oldies104
Hi Dough, I'm sorry to respond that late since I got quite busy not keeping an eye on the list here:). I thought Oldies 104 was a regular US station having call letters while the opposite is true as it's just an Internet station only. For not knowing their location I'll add it into Tapin-radio station list to Worldwide category in next week's database update. Thanks got they don't stream through RTMP flash protocol so the stream URL is sniffable:). BTW if you or anybody else decide to use Tapin-radio you'll find over 750 clear channel stations tagged U.S. only from iheartradio.com server. Of course U.S. only stations from streamtheworld.com server cannot be bypassed unlike the first case I've now mentioned. It would be 99% possible to get both website address and stream URL when having the call letters.
