.mogg files are .ogg files containing multiple tracks.  Reaper will open 
them and split the tracks for you.

You would need stereo mix turned on or you can use a program called
Sound Tap Streaming Recorder, from NCH.

I  have more then 100 audio cassettes of important lectures and talks during my 
m.a  days.
my question is that can those audio cassettes be converted in to mp3?
if yes, then please tell me step by step method.

dear sir you can convert audio casets in to mp3
please follow the steps
1 take a caset player
2 connect 1 end to caset player and onether end to your pcwith your 3.5 mm jack
3 open sound recorder from your pc
3 play the audio caset from the player
once its start to play please click on record in your sound recorder+b+
