Iriver h1020 problem.

2008-06-27 Thread Jim Noseworthy
Hi Folks:

I have lost the system files on my Iriver H1020 player. Does anyone have this
instalation file? If so, could you email the file to me at:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]

If you are unable to email the file to me, could you give me a direct link to
the file?

Thanks all over the place.

Can't get good line-in recording-level on Audigy SE

2008-06-27 Thread Tom
I'm reposting this message because it was bounced by the
Mailman software.

Tom

At best, I can get only -10 DB peaks from my stereo receiver
going line-in on the Audigy card. (The level on a PTR1
line-in recording is fine). I believe I have the Creative
volume control tied to the System volume control; I have Mute
unchecked and Level at 100-percent. I'm no novice at this, so
maybe I'm having a preview senior moment or something?
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks.

A Few ISPs Bouncing List Messages

2008-06-27 Thread Tom
During the passed week or so several ISPs have been bouncing
messages sent from the pc audio list. In addition to sending
this message to the list I have gathered most of the bounced
e-mail addresses and I'm including them in the BCC field of
this message.

The ISPs seem to be:

bellsouth.net,
pacbell.net,
att.net,
and,
sbcglobal.net.

If you have been removed from the pc audio list and want to
be subscribed again, please do so, or, let me know and I'll
do it for you.

If anyone has a responsible contact at any of the above ISPs
please let them know that pc audio is not a spammer.

Thanks,

Tom

Re: Can't get good line-in recording-level on Audigy SE

2008-06-27 Thread DJ DOCTOR P
Hello Tom,
I have seen this problem before when I tried to make a recording using DC7.
My solution was to run my tape deck in to my DJ mixer and run the mixer in
to my sound card.
You may want to try that and see if that works for you.
If you have anymore questions about this, email me off list at:
[EMAIL PROTECTED]
My best regards.
  John.

Hi Albert,

You might want to try www.allmusicguide.com. Not sure if it will
have what you are seeking, but it does provide a good bit of information.

Good luck,
