Can you recommend a portable TV antenna?
I have a Sangean pocket radio that receives television broadcasts. The headphone jack also serves as a place to attach an external antenna. In my area I can receive one television station fairly well but not well enough to be counted on. Can you recommend a portable TV antenna that I can carry around. Thanks. Hi Jerry, I wouldn't recommend any further investment in analog TV technology as it will be going away next year. :-( - Original Message - From: "Jerry Richer" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "PC audio discussion list. Jerry, Keep in mind that the Sangean will cease to offer TV reception this coming February, with the arrival of television's digitalization. - Original Message - From: "Jerry Richer" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> > I have a Sangean pocket radio that receives television broadcasts. > The > headphone jack also serves as a place to attach an external antenna. > In my area I can receive one television station fairly well but not > well enough to be counted on. Problem with Voices
Hello, I have managed to obtain a copy of Sapi 5 Michael and Michelle, however whenever I use it, when reaching the end of what it tries to say, the volume suddenly drops a few DB. I can only resolve this by turning the volume of Window-Eyes or the voice down. Can anyone suggest a possible way to stop this happening? Re: using my laptop as a DJ
Hello, Yes you can. I do this too from time to time. Windows Media Player and Winamp can do this for you right out of the box! All you have to do is, put together a play list of .MP3 or .WMA files that you want them to play. Now all you have to do after you have your play list, is use the cross fader that's built in to Windows Media Player. You will need to download the cross fader for Winamp. So that Jaws isn't heard over your PA system, let Jaws just use your built in sound card. But have the audio come from some kind of a USB sound card. There are many of them out there to choose from. Hope this helps. My best regards.
