Dimention Pro and Sonar?
Hello, I have purchased the Dimention Pro soft synth but have no idea how in Sonar I get to it. I listened to a demo of it on Kelly Sapergia's podcast ad he was using the JSonar scripts and Hotspot Clicker, the same combination as me. He pressed alt+shift+b to bring up the program browser, but when I do this I get an error beep. Is there something I need to load up first? What is fascinating, sad too, is that there is going to be, and already is, situations where these computer controlled, menu driven boxes will not be accessible to those retired with minimal vision, poor vision, and other eye disorders. Hi, these devices may be able to be made accessible with a new product that can read the screens on the boxes and menus on the boxes. go to www.itex.info for more ifnormation about SiRecogniser and what it can do. The best version of it costs about $6000.00 so the state would have to get it for most of us. but I think based on the demonstration that SiRecogniser can do so so much more than the KNFB reader can do. email: [EMAIL PROTECTED] msn: [EMAIL PROTECTED] skype: jkenn337 - Original Message - From: "Curtis Delzer" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "PC Audio Discussion List" Sent: Friday, May 02, 2008 1:20 PM Subject: Re: DTV Converter Boxes > What is fascinating, sad too, is that there is going to be, and already > is, > situations where these computer controlled, menu driven boxes will not be > accessible to those retired with minimal vision, poor vision, and other > eye > disorders. High Josh, If you live in the state of Florida, then you're poop out of luck. My state won't buy anything remotely that expensive an less you can prove you have a real need for it. The original upper television channels were auctioned off to telecommunication and other companies for something in the order of eighteen billion dollars. Wonder if other countries are doing something similar to this? Delfi MyFi FM transmission problems.
Hi Folks: I am unable to pick up an FM signal from my Delfi MyFi radio. I've changed the frequency but still no luck. Is it necessary to huck up an external antenna? Thanks all over the place gang. The new YouSendIt plugin within Replay AV 8.42
I am using Replay AV 8.42 and the new YouSendIt Express plugin. You no longer need the JAWS scripts with this new plugin. I use this plugin to automatically send recordings to me and to the Ask Computer Jim show and a blind DJ to record their shows. After a recording is finished the plugin kicks in and automatically sends the file to the email recipients you have designated via "Properties" dialog box and in the output tab. If you do not understand just ask on this list. The new YouSendIt Express plugin works very well with JAWS 9 and is ok with Window-Eyes 6.1 screen readers. The developer has done a very good job in my opinion im improving this plugin. Before you needed scripts to get it to work for you. For example the sign in process within the plugin. Before you had to use your JAWS cursor on the plugin interface. No longer with JAWS 9. I have notes for both JAWS and Window-Eyes users if you want them just ask. Window-Eyes 6.1 reads the YouSendIt plugin quite a bit differently than JAWS 9. Maybe a set file can be done or one can use a set file to improve the interface. I don't know much about doing this yet. You can use the plugin by going to the Replay AV 8 tools menu and choosing open YouSendIt option. The screen works better with JAWS than it does for Window-Eyes 6.1 unless I am doing something wrong let us know. Set file? You can now right click on a file on your hard drive and choose the YouSendIT item in the context menu list to send a file manually. Again JAWS 9 does a better job here. The developer is using the "alt=" attribute for the send by yousendit link but Window-Eyes only shows the long html code for this link while JAWS reads it as "send by yousendit" link. Again I have the notes to help all of you. Of course you do not have to use this plugin to send files manually. You can use the other methods or other web services. It is up to you but this plugin is a big time improvement in my opinion. Thank you YSI and developer very much for taking the time to improve the interface. Signing in is no issue no more and the plugin automatically sends recordings off with no issues. Also it can be used to manually send files off your hard drive as explained already. A big thank you to Applian Technologies too. They always try to improve their products for accessibility for you and me. Re: Delfi MyFi FM transmission problems.
Jim, You may have to play around with the unit a little bit and reposition it more inline with your receiver in order to get the best signal from your Delfi MyFi radio. Try other receivers if at all possible and see how that works out. Keep in mind that these FM transmitters are not designed to transmit very far, as they were designed for car use so that the car radio can pick up the signal from the Delfi MyFi radio. There are other solutions that you can look at as well, such as getting an external FM transmitter with better coverage. Hope this helps. . . - Original Message - From: "Jim Noseworthy" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: "PC Audio" Sent: Friday, May 02, 2008 8:19 PM Subject: Delfi MyFi FM transmission problems. > Hi Folks: > > I am unable to pick up an FM signal from my Delfi MyFi radio.
