[otrs] OTRS ticket validation
Hi, I want to know if I can create a ticket just for validation I mean when I create a new ticket for an agent just I need to reply with his validation not to let him write a text just click ok or Not ok . There is an option for OTRS solution can solve my problem ? I need your help please. [otrs] Moving new ticket to another queue
Hi, I want to move a new ticket to another queue, but this queue is administrated by administrators only so the users can't see it. There is anyone who knows a solution or have a script? Thank you for your answer, but I'm new to OTRS so I don't understand very well your solution, but I can explain again, my problem. So I want to move a new ticket to another queue which the owner is the administrator to send them to the responsible to validate them with OK or Not Ok after that I will move them to the original queue. [otrs] Customer Notification after a ticket external note
HI, I want that my OTRS server send a notification to the customer when the agent create an external-note on his ticket? I can see that the message from agent is reaching the customer console but I need to have an automated-mail to the customer's mail every time an external-note is sent by the agent to the customer. Do you have any ideas about this ? Hi, I have a problem with mail notification when The customer create a new ticket the agent receive many mails that contain the same body 'ticket Owner Update'. Hi, I have OTRS 3.0.7 and I have tree notifications event which are : TicketOwnerUpdate, TicketStateUpdate, TicketQueueUpdate. When any of my agents has a new ticket he receive 5 notifications mails that contain New owner the agent name. So I didn't know what is the problem. Please could you help me.
