[otrs] Criticality <-> Impact <-> Priority Matrix empty

2015-12-16 Thread Branislav Brna
Hello,
today I found that in our OTRS 3.3.7 with ITSM I am unable to create new
Services, because we dont have any Criticality set. Funny thing is that
when I go to Criticality <-> Impact <-> Priority Matrix I am presented with
this:
http://s17.postimg.org/fevcai6jz/image.jpg

I found this really strange since we had few test services defined in the
pasted I am 100% sure that matrix was available. Any idea what could cause
this and how to fix it?

Thanks

First, note that the minimum version that has any support for bug fixes or
security fixes is 3.3, and the upgrade path is
3.0.x->3.1.latest->3.2.latest->3.3.latest->4.0.latest->5.0.latest.

Second, Agents will only see queues where the Agent<->Group matches the
Queue's group.

"Today"? As in, "it used to work and now it doesn't" or "We made an upgrade
change and now something doesn't work."

Either way, check your package management to make sure it thinks it's okay.
Also verify that your database tables haven't been corrupted because of
running out of space or hard crash or the like.

Hello,

Look in dynamic Fields. There must be two dropdown fields called
ITSMCriticality and ITSMImpact. Without them that Matrix won't have values
to pick up from.
