[otrs] LoopProtectionModule - DB or FS?
Hi, If I set "*Ticket::StorageModule"* to "*ArticleStorageFS*", do I need to change "*LoopProtectionModule"* from "*DB"* to "*FS*"? Thank you. - OTRS mailing list: otrs - Webpage: http://otrs.org/ Archive: http://lists.otrs.org/pipermail/otrs To unsubscribe: http://lists.otrs.org/cgi-bin/listinfo/otrs

Hi Antonio. Von: Antonio Matijašec mailto:amatija...@gmail.com>> Betreff: [otrs] LoopProtectionModule - DB or FS? If I set „Ticket::StorageModule“ to „ArticleStorageFS“, do I need to change „LoopProtectionModule“ from „DB“ to „FS“? Of course not. this settings is for storing the loop information, not the articles. If you set it to „DB“, information about how many mails have been sent out to a specific address will be stored into the database. When set to „FS“ this information will be stored in the file defined by $Self->{LoopProtectionLog}. [otrs] GenericAgent doesn't delete tickets
I created a generic agent to delete some old, unneeded tickets. The system reports: 6901 Tickets sind betroffen! Was wollen Sie tun? Warnung: Sie verwenden die Option LÖSCHEN. Alle gelöschten Tickets gehen verloren! Job bearbeiten Job ausführen oder Abbrechen Clicking on "Job ausführen" invokes: https://otrs.charite.de/otrs/index.pl?Action=AdminGenericAgent;Subaction=RunNow;Profile=name%20of%20job;ChallengeToken=Td1PuaA8mFWDAze8lBQDitcnERsgHUF9; which returns immediately, not deleting anything. Prior to that I executed the SAME job (on about 10.000 tickets), which obviously didn't delete all 10.000 but "only" 3.000 -- Ralf Hildebrandt Charite Universitätsmedizin Berlin ralf.hildebra...@charite.deCampus Benjamin Franklin http://www.charite.de Hindenburgdamm 30, 12203 Berlin Geschäftsbereich IT, Abt.
