[OpenStack-Infra] Request for new IRC Channel

Hi,

We are proposing a new project  https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/Raksha for 
OpenStack. Would like to have an IRC channel #openstack-raksha

Can you guide us with the procedure to create this IRC channel?  Thanks.

I've registered the channel with chanserv, so when we have automated management 
of IRC channels, we'll have the access we need, thanks.  You may want to add it 
to the channel list on the wiki:

https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/IRC
