Hi Jeffrey,

There's currently no kolla package in debian or ubuntu so it would need to
be started from scratch.  If you were to provide a quality package and
support for it I'd be happy to sponsor your uploads into ubuntu and the
cloud archive.

I can give you more pointers but as a starter here's where we host our
package source:

[Openstack] Facing issue in configuring Liberty openstack version using packstack

Hi Experts,

Observing below issue everytime I’m trying to re-configuring Liberty Openstack 
using packstack.  Even I have clean-up everything and restarted packstack but 
still facing the same issue.

ERROR : Error appeared during Puppet run: 
192.168.20.100_neutron.pp
Error: Duplicate declaration: 
Packstack::Firewall[neutron_tunnel_192.168.20.100_192.168.10.100]
 is already declared; cannot redeclare at 
/var/tmp/packstack/bd80787bfa67441fad7984a437c5253/manifests/192.168.20.100_neutron.pp:64
 on node http://test.example.com/


Please help in resolving the issue.
