Re: [Open Babel] Trouble converting .sdf files downloaded from PDB website
I am facing a similar problem. I dowload ligands in sdf format from pdb website. Any solution to convert these sdf with babel ? -- Sent from: http://forums.openbabel.org/General-discussion-f3090658.html -- Check out the vibrant tech community on one of the world's most engaging tech sites, Slashdot.org! http://sdm.link/slashdot ___ OpenBabel-discuss mailing list OpenBabel-discuss@lists.sourceforge.net https://lists.sourceforge.net/lists/listinfo/openbabel-discuss
[Open Babel] Babel 1.05 on Android
Dear Administrator, I have recently compiled an obsolete version of Babel (1.05, available from CCL archives; http://www.ccl.net/cca/software/MS-WINDOWS/babel/index.shtml) for ARM based Android. Because I´m building up a web containing few other free software downloads (tailored for mobile phones and tablets with Android) for enthusiasts with passion for chemistry, I would like to publish the ARM executables on my institutional website. Would it be enough if I add there the conditions of GPL or should I do something more / else? Thank you in advance for your reply. What version of Open Babel are you using? What OS? Right now, I'd say "it works for me" because I've processed the entire LigandExpo from the PDB website with no problems. Re: [Open Babel] Babel 1.05 on Android
We have no connection to that software and I doubt it has a well-defined license. I guess my question would be whether there's a particular reason to use that rather than a current version of Open Babel (e.g., 2.4.0)? -Geoff --- Prof. Geoffrey Hutchison Department of Chemistry University of Pittsburgh tel: (412) 648-0492 email: geo...@pitt.edu twitter: @ghutchis web: https://hutchison.chem.pitt.edu/ > On Jun 24, 2018, at 12:38 PM, Alan Liška wrote: > > Dear Administrator, > > I have recently compiled an obsolete version of Babel (1.05, available from > CCL archives; http://www.ccl.net/cca/software/MS-WINDOWS/babel/index.shtml) > for ARM based Android.
