the review tools are not enabling for a particular document. neither the
keyboard short-cut nor the drop-down menu option are providing me control over
the review tools. In fact when I open the 'Tools' drop-down menu, the 'Review'
option is not highlighted, or rather it is depicted in a darker shade of grey.
it is this one file ("O'Brien, H.L. & Toms, E.G. (2008).pdf") that I am having
the problem with.
All permissions in the file properties are set to 'read & write'. At first, I
thought it might have been because it was a 'temp' file (although this doesn't
usually happen) so I saved the file to a standard location (my dropbox with the
rest of my reading material) and the problem persisted.
I am using Okular on Ubuntu 14.04.
Reproducible: Always
Steps to Reproduce:
1.Open file
2. hit F6
3.or open Tools drop-down menu and select 'Review'
Actual Results:
nothing
Expected Results:
for the review tools menu to appear and be able to highlight and take notes
from my reading.
the option works fine on the other files... i thought it was a file issue but,
the permissions are set to read and write. So, I thought I would report the bug
to see if there was anyone else experiencing something similar or if someone
could advise on the issue.

I did not retrieve it from that URL but the problem is persisting with that one too. I'll attach the file I'm working on anyway.
