[okular] [Bug 447015] New: Ability to Increase(increment) Inline Note's Height Graphically
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=447015 Bug ID: 447015 Summary: Ability to Increase(increment) Inline Note's Height Graphically Product: okular Version: unspecified Platform: Debian stable OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: wishlist Priority: NOR Component: New backend wishes Assignee: okular-devel@kde.org Reporter: jlame...@gmail.com Target Milestone: --- SUMMARY *** I want to know if there is a way to increase(change) the height of the inline note's box programatically. For example, currently to increase the height of the inline note's box, i drag the upper or lower part of the inline note's box according to my needs. The problem with this approach is that i am not able to make the height of the inline note's box equal to the the size of the current page. So i want to know if there is any other way of increasing the height by entering some numbers like 455 or 200. Maybe there is some graphical way of doing this. By graphical way i mean that by right clicking on the inline note's box and then going into the Properties option, there may be a option to increment the height by 1px or 2px just like there is option to increment the Border width. And if this is not possible with graphical way then can we do this programatically? *** I am using Okular version 1.3.3 with Ubuntu 18.04 x86-64. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
[okular] [Bug 447023] New: Unable to open certain .cbr files
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=447023 Bug ID: 447023 Summary: Unable to open certain .cbr files Product: okular Version: 21.08.3 Platform: Manjaro OS: Linux Status: REPORTED Severity: normal Priority: NOR Component: Comicbook backend Assignee: okular-devel@kde.org Reporter: boyko_ka...@hotmail.com Target Milestone: --- I couldn't open cbr file types with Okular until I installed unrar and libunrar. I thought that the problem was resolved until I noticed some cbr files worked while others didn't. What was different between the two cbr files was the folder structure when opened with ark. For instance Okular had no problem opening cbr files with a parent folder i.e. : parent folder/ >folder1 >folder2 While cbr files without the parent folder didn't work: >folder1 >folder2 Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: 1. Open a cbr file that doesn't have a parent folder with Okular Actual Results: Get Okular error message saying "Could not open file:///home/user/comics.cbr." Expected Results: Open the comic cbr file with Okular -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
[okular] [Bug 447023] Unable to open certain .cbr files
https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=447023 --- Comment #1 from Boyko --- I made a test by archiving with rar, and the cbr file worked even though there was no parent folder. The other difference is that my cbr file had Mode "drwxr-xr-x" while the cbr that didn't work had "...D..." Mode. I don't know how to make a rar file with "...D..." Mode to test it. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=447023 --- Comment #2 from Boyko --- (In reply to Boyko from comment #1) > I made a test by archiving with rar, and the cbr file worked even though > there was no parent folder. > The other difference is that my cbr file had Mode "drwxr-xr-x" while the cbr > that didn't work had "...D..." Mode. I don't know how to make a rar file > with "...D..." Mode to test it. Correction, the folders had "...D..." while the files themselves didn't have any Mode. They were "..." when opened with Ark -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
