panjang. Kalo mau jangka pendek bisa rugi.





 





 





Ada
BAD NEWS utk PTBA: 





PT INDONESIA POWER sbg pemilik PLTU SURALAYA bakal minta ganti rugi
kepada PTBA karena pengiriman coal yg kalorinya terlalu rendah/lebih rendah
dari kontrak. Kalo rugi kurs utk H1 2006, masih ada cuma berkurang. Tapi
keuntungan bersih akan makin turun soalnya transportation cost naik signifikan.





 





Good News-nya:





 





Pemprov SUMSEL ( via Kepala Dinas Pertambangan dan Energi, Bapak NANO
SURATNO) sudah konfirmasi akan ada pembangunan total 6 PLTU total 6600MW yg
seluruh keperluan batubaranya di pasok PTBA. 





 





3 PLTU dipasok dan sebagian saham dimiliki PTBA :





 




 PLTU BANKO TENGAH 4x600MW, PTBA memiliki 28%
 saham, pa sokan 10jt-12jt Ton. (power purchase agreement sedang dibahas),
 selesai 2010
 PLTU Banjarsari 2x100MW, PTBA memiliki 41% saham,
 pasokan 1 Jt ton (power purchase agreement sedang dibahas), selesai 2009
 PLTU Arahan Utara 4x600MW, PTBA memiliki 28%
 saham, pasokan 10-12jt ton. (masih feasibilty study), selesai 2010
 PLTU MALAM, Musi Rawas, 2x600 MW , 5 - 5,65 Jt
 ton, selesai 2010
 PLTU BATURAJA , 2x100MW, pasokan 1,1 jt ton,
 selesai 2009
 PLTU MUBA , 2x 100 MW pasokan 1,1 Jt ton, selesai
 2010
 PLTU OKU TIMUR 2x100 MW, psokan 1,1 Jt ton,
 selesai 2009.




Harga jual batu bara 13,8 USD/ton, harga jual listriknya ada perbedaan
antara Banko dan Arahan, masih mahal yg arahan. Ongkos tambang sekitar
30cent-40cent/ton (murah soalnya dekat lokasi). jadi margin keuntungan lebih
besar dari pada yg dijual ke PLTU Suralaya (4,5 - 5,5 Jt ton, hampir separuh
dari total produksi)

Gw ikut njawab.

Nilai kalor PTBA 5100 kcal/kg

 

Kalo yg bagus itu dari KPC, tapi gak
kepake di PLTU Suralaya.  Eh maksudku sampe saat ini blon kepake di
Suralaya.  Variasi ? mungkin yg bagus adanya di dalem.  Yg dipermukaan
jelek, nilai kalornya kecil 4000 an kcal/kg.  dan 60% batubara di indonesia itu 4000 an kcal/kg kagak laku dijual.

 

He he makanya Bumi di jual.  Yg nilai
kalor rendah mo dipake buat batubara cair dan sisanya untuk PLTU yg 1 MW di
jawa.

Saya sarankan utk yg pegang PTBA, lebih baik dipegang utk jangka
panjang. Kalo mau jangka pendek bisa rugi.





 





 





Ada BAD NEWS utk PTBA: 





PT INDONESIA POWER sbg pemilik PLTU SURALAYA bakal minta ganti rugi
kepada PTBA karena pengiriman coal yg kalorinya terlalu rendah/lebih rendah
dari kontrak. Kalo rugi kurs utk H1 2006, masih ada cuma berkurang. Tapi
keuntungan bersih akan makin turun soalnya transportation cost naik signifikan.





 





Good News-nya:





 





Pemprov SUMSEL ( via Kepala Dinas Pertambangan dan Energi, Bapak NANO
SURATNO) sudah konfirmasi akan ada pembangunan total 6 PLTU total 6600MW yg
seluruh keperluan batubaranya di pasok PTBA. 





 





3 PLTU dipasok dan sebagian saham dimiliki PTBA :





 




 PLTU BANKO TENGAH 4x600MW, PTBA memiliki 28%
 saham, pa sokan 10jt-12jt Ton. (power purchase agreement sedang dibahas),
 selesai 2010
 PLTU Banjarsari 2x100MW, PTBA memiliki 41% saham,
 pasokan 1 Jt ton (power purchase agreement sedang dibahas), selesai 2009
 PLTU Arahan Utara 4x600MW, PTBA memiliki 28%
 saham, pasokan 10-12jt ton. (masih feasibilty study), selesai 2010
 PLTU MALAM, Musi Rawas, 2x600 MW , 5 - 5,65 Jt
 ton, selesai 2010
 PLTU BATURAJA , 2x100MW, pasokan 1,1 jt ton,
 selesai 2009
 PLTU MUBA , 2x 100 MW pasokan 1,1 Jt ton, selesai
 2010
 PLTU OKU TIMUR 2x100 MW, psokan 1,1 Jt ton,
 selesai 2009.




Harga jual batu bara 13,8 USD/ton, harga jual listriknya ada perbedaan antara
Banko dan Arahan, masih mahal yg arahan. Ongkos tambang sekitar
30cent-40cent/ton (murah soalnya dekat lokasi). jadi margin keuntungan lebih
besar dari pada yg dijual ke PLTU Suralaya (4,5 - 5,5 Jt ton, hampir separuh
dari total produksi)

ANTM sih bisa diambil dibawah 4100, tenang saja, di saat jelek newsnya pun, harga wajar lap keu 2005 ada di 4500. gara2 berita EPS akhir tahun ada di 550-an. Kayaknya balik ke 5000 sih perem. Kalo 6000 tuh mungkin berat.     Sorri kata temen akhir tahun produksi FENI III mungkin hanya 5000ton jadi total plus feni i & ii ada dikisaran 14000-15000/tahun ton. Dibawah target yg 19000/tahun ton. Mudah2an tahun 2007 FENI III bisa full capacity 11000 ton jadi target seharusnya ada dikisaran 21000 ton/tahun.   Tapi juga kalo nickel bisa bertahan di atas 8,2 USD/lb (sekarang 9 USD/lb) mungkin EPS bisa dekat2 600. Bisa jadi Bandar tahu lebih dulu berita ini (INSIDER TRADING) kalo di amrik turun diatas 20% dalam seminggu tanpa berita alasan jelas, SEC bergerak.   Harga wajar ANTM utk FY2005 ada dikisaran 4500. EPS FYE2006= 550 - 600.  Tahun ini produksi ferronickel kemungkinan ada dikisaran 14000-15000ton dibawah target 19000 ton. Seharusnya kalo full capacity feni iii tercapai bisa 21000 ton/tahun.    Target akhir tahun paling cuma 5000. But who knows, mudah2an ada yg serakah!fahad mumtaz <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> wrote:

[obrolan-bandar] PTBA Keep Buying asalkan tahan lihat PER membesar selama 1 tahun ini.

UTK PTBA yg laba bersih akan mengecil sampai akhir tahun ini. PTBA PER-nya bisa bermain di atas 35-40x. Memang menakutkan. Tapi ingat PGAS tahun lalu PER-nya sempat dikisaran 50x. Tetap diburu dan ternyata sekarang terbukti, ada dikisaran belasan.  So PTBA asal bia tahan sampai 2008-2009 sambil melihat perkembangan crash program pemerintah. Bakalan seperti PGAS. Jangan takut tahun 2008 tahun pemilu, SBY ingin meninggalkan kenang2an PLTU 1MW sbg legacy.
