A bit more checking show that 3.1 (Dev CI #1586) submits emails formatted
the sames as other browsers whereas (Dev CI #1598) submits the different
formatting. I don't have versions between these to enable me to narrow it
down further.

It was #1624, apparently.   (At least, that was the last one I'd

Tried again with #1635 - with JS off, I get

"Sorry, an error occurred after you clicked the last link

"If you were in the process of buying something, or sending money to

your email inbox for a transaction confirmation after 30 minutes."

(But I didn't get any transaction-related e-mail last time, and probably
won't this time.)


With JS on, I get completely blank pages, from
https://www.paypal.com/uk/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=_account onwards.

Please report it on the bug tracker and include the HTML for the page with
the form.
