google maps

2010-03-16 Thread Tony Moore
Until not long ago, using NetSurf (09 Jan 2010 00:15) r9799 to visit
http://maps.google.com/?output=html&oi=nojs enabled maps to be accessed.

Now, when I visit that link, shortly after the page is displayed,
NetSurf downloads a 'text' file named 'm' (which is actually a wml file
containing various Google links). Disregarding the spurious download,
entering a placename in the search-box and clicking 'Search maps' leads
to a page containing a writable icon, at top left, and nothing else
(formerly, it led to a page displaying a map).

Can anyone please confirm this problem. If so, does anyone know of a
link to Google Maps which still works?

Tony
