The Apache error log may have more information. This is because 12.04 had apache2 2.2. 14.04 has 2.4. The supported syntax changed between apache releases. Actually - nvidia-prime seems less likely now that I read gpu-manager
code. It's a "new" tool for upgrades, and consequently would run it's
enable_nvidia routine the first boot.
It checks how many cards are in the system, and if it only finds 1,
removes the old xorg.conf without making a new one.

Bug description:
Mythbuntu installs with an NVIDIA graphics card generally have a
modified xorg.conf that sets the DPI to 100x100 so that it looks
correct on a Television set.
Upgrading from 12.04 to 14.04 the xorg.conf was renamed and the
display did not look correct at all.
