[Mythbuntu-bugs] [Bug 1306341] Re: ubiquity / mythbuntu assertion in gtkrecentmanager.c

2014-04-11 Thread Launchpad Bug Tracker
This bug was fixed in the package ubiquity - 2.18.2

---
ubiquity (2.18.2) trusty; urgency=medium

  * Set HOME, because without HOME GtkBuilder upon seeing a FileChooser
button in the ui file and trying to initialise object for it throws a
hizzy fit and aborts on an assert, if per-default it's meant to open
present working directory and it happens to be inaccessible one like
/root/. (LP: #1306341). This resolves launching Mythubuntu installer
in a live session using pkexec, back in 12.04 gksudo/sudo was used
instead.

Title:
mythweb folders are linked to wrong location

Status in “mythtv” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  I am using ubuntu 14.04.

After I managed to get mythtv working, I installed mythweb, but when I
browse to "localhost/mythweb" I get only: Not found

The problem is that the mythweb folder /usr/share/mythtv/mythweb is linked
to the wrong place in the apache html tree:
  /var/www/mythweb

But the html root folder of apache is: /var/www/html
The correct path for the mythweb files is /var/www/html/mythweb
After the link is created you have to adapt the directory location in
/etc/apache2/sites-enabled/mythweb.conf

Finally you have to restart apache and mythweb works ;)

[Mythbuntu-bugs] [Bug 1306707] Re: tmdb3.py crashed with TMDBRequestInvalid in handle_status(): Invalid id - The pre-requisite id is invalid or not found.

2014-04-11 Thread Stefan Pappalardo
Was it a recording mythtv did the search for?
And was it a tv series?
Was it "Shark Tank" (http://thetvdb.com/?tab=series&id=100981)?

Then there could be more wrong than the crash. Mythtv choosed tmdb3.py
(http://thetvdb.com, specialized on movies)
and not ttvdb.py (http://thetvdb.com specialized for tv series).

I informed the mythtv developers of the bug
(https://code.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/12103).
But I think they are focused on other things.

Re: [Mythbuntu-bugs] [Bug 1306707] Re: tmdb3.py crashed with TMDBRequestInvalid in handle_status(): Invalid id - The pre-requisite id is invalid or not found.

2014-04-11 Thread brik
Hey, I'm fairly certain it was an OTA recording that kicked off the error.
I'm not sure what log to look at to follow the chain of events that led to
the error. I don't have images, I do have description and info, for a
recording from yesterday (The This Old House Hour). I don't know if that is
the search that caused the crash.

I do record Shark Tank, my last recording was a week ago and I do have meta
data images, etc for it.
