You can always write a rather simple script to fetch your articles and
email them to yourself.  I can point you to my script if you like.

The C program "suck" can be part of the solution, but it is not the
cleanest work of engineering out there.

On the posting side you can use a remailer like dizum.com.

Seems like, yes.

Except it has more (?) features than mutt, is it under heavy development ? I do 
not want to install yet another tool if it ends being not that alive :)
