I am budding Perl developer at PayProp.

IO::Compress::Brotli

I have sent the following to the IO::Compress::Brotli author.  As they
have not released anything to CPAN in over 4 years I don't really
expect a reply.

If you have any contact with the author please reach out.  I am
willing to release a new version with the Brotli library updated to
the current version.

The included Brotli library has a security issue and needs to be
updated.  I am willing to release an updated version.
