Hello,
I just tried to add a brand new distro to CPAN and I have this return saying
that I am not allowed to create the namespace.
We tried to add a `Stancer.pm` in our distro and re-upload it, but now PAUSE
does not allow me to replace the « bad » distro.
I tried to delete it, but I think it was a mistake and the « bad » distro will
only go to BackPan.
Can you help us to clean the mess I did ?

PS: I could not retrieve the testing version of PAUSE, is it still available ?
