Proposal for SVG module

I propose to upload a set of modules for scalable vector graphics
generation. The namespace I want to use is SVG. The amin module will be
SVG::SVG.pm

I'm planning to contribute: A perl interface to LPC objects.  LPC is a C like language 
used to build LP MUDs.


For starters we're looking at:
LPC::Room
LPC::Room::Parser

Would it be better to group MUD (and MOO, and all those M**'s) modules together 
somehow?

MUD::Lang::LPC ?

Right now as far as I can see, there are no other MUD oriented modules on CPAN right 
now.
