New Module - Audio::SoundFile

It seems the naming is OK, and so I have just uploaded this
module as Audio::SoundFile.

Here's the registration information:

   Also, in addition to read/write interface using usual Perl
   scalar, this module provides interface using PDL object
   directly. Since PDL provides efficient method to handle
   large bytestream, sound processing is much faster if this
   module and PDL is used in pair.

Re-registration request - Tie::LDAP

Hi.

I just uploaded Audio::SoundFile discussed in separate thread,
and noticed Tie::LDAP (which I uploaded about a year ago) was
not registered in module list properly. It's been available
from CPAN, but the name is not in modulelist and I couldn't
access it from "Edit Module Metadata" page of PAUSE.

So here's the registration information for inclusion in module
listing:
