My experience with qq in any way shape or form trying to contact their
postmaster is black hole. But I haven't tried in at least a year.

Or you can recommend switching ESPs to one that does understand and has
solutions for DMARC policies that are not just "notify".

Josh,

I tried before and getting this pop up below after that captcha. No luck
here either :-(

Yeah, Mohammed was kind enough to reach out but I've ruled out that it's
not a communications difficulty between the client and myself, the
latest response indicates they don't offer static IPs for each client
therefore they don't offer DKIM (?!?).

They clearly have no understanding of how DKIM works, so a strong DMARC
policy is unlikely to be successful. Luckily it seems the client is open
to finding a different vendor, so her quest continues.

Thanks all.

[mailop] SendGrid, can you alert intuit customer regarding sending their invoices?

2017-03-31 Thread Spam Auditor

From: "Customer Name"

host notification.intuit.com
(No A or MX Records)

This will quickly get their messages marked as spam..

(NOTE: These are valid invoices, I am sure their customers want them delivered)

(Seemed like an appropriate post for the list on a Friday, and a reminder to
other ESPs)
