[MlMt] MailMate cannot access contacts

2024-12-16 Thread Rochelle Broder-Singer
Update: I am now able to access Contacts for all activities except autocomplete
of To addresses in the composer. Any ideas?

Re: [MlMt] Using MM Find features to search for email with duplicate receive dates and subject

(redent to fit the 40k Message size)

I don't have a MM solution.

But with a search for: python email duplicates

I see there is a library imapdedupes.

But I never used it. But since your problem is a one time shot it would be a
temporary solution to run this script.

You should use the dry run feature so you can check if it is working. And
setup a test folder like describes in the readme

Also instead tagging it for deletion you can use a custom tag to mark your
duplicates.

Or to be more comfortable you can write your own imap duplicate search with
your criterias with the help of the source code in GitHub.

Read carefully the documentation.

Re: [MlMt] Using MM Find features to search for email with duplicate receive dates and subject

2024-12-16 Thread Henry Seiden
Hi Michael,

Thanks for suggestions. I will look into the de-dupe application. The Find
Duplicates built-in feature in MM is IMO, almost as bad as a manual ‘de-dupe’
whcich I already completed with a great deal of time spent and about 85%
success rate.

I found other suggestions of apps that work similarly, some more difficult than
others to implement. You are correct, this is one-shot, I hope.

Respectfully,

Henry Seiden
