a few years ago (08/2018) there was request:

I am  interested in this layout as well. There was a solution from
Benny, but the file belonging to this solution was scrubbed from the
archives.

Does anyone know, if there (now) is  a setting, that  allows to change
this appearance?

Thanks for the info. Works like a charm.

Quiet magic actually to have everything as configured on my High Sierra 
MacBook now on my Mojave Desktop!
