I thought I had this info already but cant find it. DVD to mp3
Sometime back I could see messages about getting MP3 audio off of DVDs. I did not have the need to do that when the messages came out but now I do what is the program that people have used that works well with voice over to strip the MP3 off of a DVD. I just installed mountain lion on my MBP. Everything was going well until I tried to switch the soundcard to a USB headset. All of a sudden I lost all voice over and system sounds. I did a hard shutdown booted back up computer talks at walk on screen but no voice over app for that any ideas? On my wife's Gmail account on her netbook we have it set to download messages using pop. Do I need to do anything different to get her email to also download onto her iPhone 4s? contacts on the cloud
I need some iCloud help!on a iPod touch I removed the iCloud account. because some how we ended up with multiple entrees in the contacts list.and I didn't want all of that showing up on the iPhone. now when I check contacts the iCloud settings of the iPhone it said all contacts will be merged. we don't want the old contacts on the iPhone since we have it the way she wants them and we just want to back them up to the cloud. is it safe to hit the merge ore will it make a big mess of everything? I am trying to get my iPhone 4 to see my hp ipaq folding bluetooth keyboard. no mater what I do I cant get them connected. I am sure I am missing something simple! I am not sure if this is off post. has anyone successfully used the Freedom Pro Bluetooth Portable Folding Keyboard for Apple iPhone 3GS, iPhone 4, iPad/iPad 2, Windows Mobile, Blackberry, BlackBerry PlayBook, Android, Symbian with a ios device? I just got my macbook in April. what do all of you think. I am wanting to upgrade to lion. I am still learning snow leopard and think the lion should come fairly quickly. but my question is is there anything I will not be able to do with lion that I can do now? first timer question!
in the past I have installed windows with little to no speech and had sighted assistance. this will be my first time doing a mac install. will vo talk during the install? and is it worth it to do a clean install ore is the upgrade working for people. I am thinking that now is the time to do it because I just got the macbook in April and I don't have to much on it to restore after the install if needed. Removing apps
We do a lot of testing with different apps for iOS devices. Is there a way to permanently remove an app from our iTunes account if we have found it is not working for what we wanted to do? Program starting
On one of the Mac computers that are student is training on the Photo Booth window loaded automatically when the computer was started. The check box was unchecked to open the window at start up. We had to go into system preferences and tell it not to load. Any idea how this could've happened? Is there a hot key or something like that to add items at logon? We are working with the student using an iPhone 4S with the newest OS on a Windows 7 machine with office 10. We are trying to get his contacts to sync to the cloud and also to Outlook 2010. We are not having any luck! In any ideas. We are using the newest iTunes can information be synced to both? Or is there a step were missing. When setting up a new printer my MacBook Pro found it instantly. My wife's netbook did not already have the drivers so I put the CD in my MP B and all that showed up for the Mac files I could not get it to show the rest of the CD and other installation packages. I'm figuring there must be a setting to have it show all file types but I can't find it. Give me ideas? Hopefully all of you can figure out what I'm asking Siri is being fussy this morning! I got my macbook pro in April and upgraded to lion last week. coppying books
I have some books I want to move to my network drive. using my macbook with pro with lion I find the book in downloads and then copy. I then go to my talking books folder on my network drive i interact with the … talking books folder and paste. but it puts the book on the route of the network drive. I am still having trouble with copying books. I find the nls book I download. I copy it and then go to the sd card find the folder and open it then interact with the list of books.
