type2phone question
Hi Mac Friends, I have the Mac application Type2phoen installed. My Mac sees my iPhone and vice versa. I am able to type in text fields just fine. I am unable to use the arrow keys to move around my iPhone screen. I saw a podcast in which someone was able to do this. Oh, I have turned on quicknav by pressing the left and right arrows together and voice over announces quicknav is on. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. more type 2 phone issues
Hi Mac Friends, Still having issues using type 2 phone and hoping some can help me figure this out. I opened type 2 phone and as suggested turned off voice over on my Mac. Quicknav was on. For a brief few seconds I was able to arrow around my iPhone's home screen. When I opened an pp on my phone it did not insert anything I typed. I had the edit field available for content to be input. Re: victor reader stream and my mac
Hi there, Thank you for the info! Just to let you all know even my .txt file did not show up on my SD card. In an earlier message I stated that my Stream stated that there was no media on the card. Well, now it does! I am keeping my fingers crossed on that one! Also, f or your information, the SD card is not locked. The thing is pressed in and creates kind of a notch in the card. I think I am good to go there. Am I copying and pasting correctly? Or is there another method I need to use? I select the file, copy it with a command c then navigate to the appropriate folder on the SD card, open the folder with command o the paste with a command v. Again, this method shows up as being there on my Mac but once I remove the card it does not show up on the card. Keep the suggestions coming and thanks a bunch! list of key board short cuts
Hi, Is there a complete list of Mac key board shortcuts for Mountain Lion? Not Voice Over short cuts but the native Mac ones? If so, could some one point me in the right direction? new mac user with address book question
Hi Everyone! A brand new Mac user here! I have a Mac Book Pro using Snow Leopard. I have done the quick start tutorial and read the Getting Started Guide. Now I feel like my head is about to explode! I am quite overwhelmed with info and thought I'd try a simple application such as address book to get my feet wet, so to speak. When I typed in the appropriate information I did not hear the letters I had typed. I could read them if I went past the field and came back. Is there a setting that I need to make to hear what I type? I am sure I will have tons more questions in the not too distant future! I appreciate any assistance provided. iTuens issue help please
Hi Mac Friends! I have an iTunes issue that I cannot resolve on my own and hope someone on this list can assist me. I am in the process of importing all of my cd's into iTunes. I recently was presented with a dialogue that stated that multiple matches were found and for me to select the appropriate one. I am unable to find the list of choices anywhere! How or where can I find this information? For your information, I am using Voice Over with the latest version of Snow Leopard and iTunes on a MBP. sorting iTunes music
Good morning listers! I imported my David Garrett cd last night and discovered that the track numbers were in reverse order. I looked in the menus and did not find any where to sort by track number. I know it is some where because I did it before. For the life of me I cannot find it now! If someone would be kind enough to point me in the right direction I would be most appreciative! FYI, I am using a MBP with SL and the latest iTunes update. Thanks again, Rhonda -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "MacVisionaries" group. system has new window
Hi Mac People, I recently heard system has new window. This happened soon after I turned on my MBP. I am now unable to view this window so that I may read what it has to say. Is there a key combination that I can go to that window and read it's contents? Any and all suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Re: question about saving attachments
Hi, This is the way I save attachments in mail. When I am in the message body I press up arrow once. This places me in the message header. I interact with the header. I then arrow right until I reach the save button which I press vo space on. From this list I can choose which attachment I want to save or save them all. Hope this is helpful Rhonda On Sep 8, 2011, at 4:46 PM, Denise Barajas wrote: > Hello all, I'm wondering how do you save attachments you get in the mail > client for Lion in an easy manner?
