Re: Since latest upgrade, HomePods start playing by themselves
Another thing to check is speaker access settings which can be located by navigating to Home settings. If the HomePods are set to everyone, it’s entirely possible that you’ve got a prankster or someone within WiFi radius who is playing music on your speakers. Re: Apple Watch Bands
All of the Apple Watch bands can be removed, but I've never found it to be a simple procedure. I suggest you go to the Apple Store, and get someone there to show you how to do it. Re: Since latest upgrade, HomePods start playing by themselves
Wow… That sounds annoying indeed. Have you checked Your Automation Settings? The most common reason for a HomePod randomly playing music is due to automation settings. If you have set up an automation to play audio when someone arrives or leaves home, your HomePod will start playing music every time this happens. It’s entirely possible that something was enabled inadvertently during the upgrade and or a bug was introduced with automations/geofencing.
