1.  Go to System Preferences > Date & Time.  Select the lock to make changes, 
and enter your Mac's admin password.

2.  Select the Date & Time tab.

3.  Make sure the item labeled "Set date and time automatically”, is checked

4.  Make sure your time server is set to Apple (time.apple.com

System Preferences Contents?

Hi, Group.

I am unable to access the contents of System Preferences. When I go to Apple
Menu and select system Preferences, it shows me just my ID information only,
and I want to see Date & Time. How can I access its contents, please?

You can go to the View menu in the MenuBar, where you can find and select all 
the items in System Preferences.
You can also go to the System Preferences icon in the Dock, and open the 
Shortcut menu using VO + Shift + M, where you will also find all the items in 
System Preferences.
