SGML on LyX
Hi! Does somebody know about what must I do to put the SGML doc class into LyX? I've got sgml-tools-1.0.9, but I can4t find the LinuxDoc, or Docbook or article (SGML) class in the Layout Document option. Regards Dooteo
Auctex-like Keybinding

italics in `find and replace´
for a biologist it would be helpful to be able to use in the `find and replace´ box the possibility to convert a name such as Arabidopsis into (italics) Arabidopsis. In an article the name might occur many times. Is this easy to impement, difficult, not possible at all? In the latex preamble you have a '{' which isn't closed by '}'.
To fix the problem, you can just erase the whole preamble.

Wouldn't it be, well, more elegant to put in the } ?

New documentclass in Lyx
Hi, The question for me is how to force Lyx to accept and incorporate documentclasses, which are not standard in LaTeX but are very suitable for polish language, my native, I am writing in. These are "mwcls" classes including book, article, report, letter. Look at: http://www.mimuw.edu.pl/~wolinski/mwcls.html It would be nice to have "mwbk" or "mwart" option in "Layout/document/documentclass". LyX for gnuplot?
Hi, I am doing some graphs to my paper and I am using gnuplot. However, I feel lilke working with plainTeX -- results are excellent but user-interface terrible. I feel strong need of some "LyX for gnuplot" -- superstructure allowing WYSIWYM work with gnuplot. Do you know about something like it? Matej

A fellow from Mexico has written a Tcl/Tk front-end called unignuplot. http://unicalculus.sourcefiorge.net This is the only thing like this of which I am aware.
