Dear Sir,
 Since the error message was too long so I copied the error message as an 
image. I pasted it in the word document since M.office 
is common and available to almost every one.

Ok, I attached the extracted and clipped image at ticket #7396.
Unfortunately the real error message is not available.
I guess you're using LyX on windows... 

There is another report for your problem here:

It should be fixed in the next release candidate.
