Hello My Ubuntu Friends, I am new here, but in Ubuntu, old. We want to add to LoCo Team, but there is a request for Turkey LoCo Team.I saw it long time ago and it hasn't been added Legal LoCo Team.We didnt do that request. We are community and help Ubuntu users.Ubuntu added us Local language support( http://www.ubuntu.com/support/local#head-4600f7d4c13154f5ccceefbe92c1223673d3722b),idont know why ubuntu didnt add us at Loco Team.Anyway,we have some projects.Yesterday,we have startet CD sending from one city to another city in Turkey and we are sending our guide that how to use ubuntu and how to set up Ubuntu.this is in Turkish guide. We are thinking new projects. We are not interesting in Requesting team for Turkey Loca team.we don't know what this team do and i hope they do something, but they are univercity group,(i guess.) and they didnt do anything for long time. Any way,We dont know what LoCo Teams do.Our Vision is everything is Open Source ,Our Mission is helping Other, seening and presenting Open Source(ubuntu). Finally,We want to hello all and we need Cds. I am happy that now also a Turkish LoCo team comes into existence. I have been following your website for quite a while. There is also the ubuntu-tr-mailinglist. Are you the same group or another? > dont know why ubuntu didnt add us at Loco Team. Because you didn't request it? A lot of information on how LoCo teams can work is here: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/LoCoTeams I hope for a good cooperation, Erdal Ronahi (Kurdish Team) -- loco-contacts mailing list loco-contacts@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/loco-contacts

Spanish Translation of the Ubuntu Open Week: LoCo Team presentation by Melissa Draper
Dear All: A group of latin American LoCo Teams have joined efforts to translate the IRC logs of the Ubuntu Open Week... we have already finished translating two of the presentations and we are sharing it with all Spanish speaking communities around the globe. we consider the information in the LoCo Teams very helpful for people who are LoCo enthusiasts and a Spanish Translation of it would really help the people that do not speak the lingua franca of UBUNTU. Here is the link to the wiki page we created https://wiki.ubuntu.com/UbuntuOpenWeekSpanishTranslation we are still working on other translations. if anyone wants to help, you are more than welcome to join us... Efrain: I'm leading the Argentina LoCo and have posted the URL to our forums: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?p=1872642 I think you will be able to get a good amount of volunteers from there, including me.
