Hello,

Beautiful kitty Sidney, photo attached, just lost his person. His mom passed 
away the other day, and she left no relatives. There is no one to take Sidney 
in. We already have two cats, one of whom is very anxious and will hiss at his 
littermate and lifelong companion when stressed. I don’t think that Sidney 
would do well with us, nor would our nervous kitty thrive in the presence of an 
“interloper.”

What I know about Sidney is that he was adopted from MetroWest Humane Society 
as kitten, 10-years ago. We adopted our boys from MW as well, and they ensure 
that the cats and kittens in their care are healthy and neutered upon adoption. 
If you know someone who would enjoy the company of this pretty and sad cat, who 
has been well-loved and cared for since birth, and is now in need of a new 
home, please respond. If you know of others who may be interested, but who are 
not Lincoln Talk, please forward.

[LincolnTalk] Looking for mover and car transport recommendations

My nephew and his fiancé will be moving from the Providence area to Gainesville 
FL late in June. They won’t have time to drive their cars down due to job 
constraints, and they’re looking for recommendations for car transport 
services. In addition, they’ll need movers to haul their furniture and 
belongings from Rhode Island / Southern MA to FL. If you have recommendations 
for either of these services, please let me know. If you’ve had a negative 
experience (sorry!), that information would be helpful too, to narrow down 
options.

In the past, we’ve used the services of Tilton Cleaning and Restoration for 
annual carpet steam cleaning. In addition to wall-to-wall carpets, Tilton also 
cleaned area rugs without ruining the underlying wooden floors, as well as 
power-washing ceramic tile areas. The jobs were done well and quickly. The 
owner has retired, and we’re looking for recommendations for a similar service, 
which includes wall-to-wall and area rug cleaning, as well as tile 
power-washing. Your suggestions and experiences would be welcome input.

I read a Metrowest Humane Society posting this morning about a beautiful FIV+ 
cat named Saffron (now called Ezra) who was recently adopted by a lovely couple 
to be friends with the first FIV+ kitty. I've been asking around regarding your 
email below (no luck, obviously), and was wondering if Saffron is the kitty in 
the posting and photo. The posting mentioned a volunteer named Julia, so it 
made me think. I hope that Saffron is your foster boy! When you have a moment,
