Hello Community,

Team CMK is going on the Walk to End Alzheimer's this Sunday in Cambridge.
Unfortunately  we have not met our fundraising goal this year.  Any
donations would be appreciated.

Every dollar you donate helps the Alzheimer's Association® provide care and
support to those facing Alzheimer's and all other dementia, and advance
critical research.

I hope you will stand with me in this fight. Together, we can end
Alzheimer's.

years.  It is a transition into our 3rd stage of life, no longer just a

needs takes time and effort to bring us to a happy and purposeful
