Dear Lincoln Residents --

In the last six weeks, we prepared to put our Greenridge condominium on 
the real estate market next week.


The unit is 41 years old and to meet the current market's "in like-new 
condition" requirements for condominium sales, we retained Ed Delinski, 
local small contractor and handyman, for 20+ small repair and 
enhancement projects.


I can't recommend Ed's services enough -- the work he did was of 
outstanding quality, done with speed and friendly professionalism.  His 
crew were equally excellent and worked diligently and cheerfully.


Ed was the soul of patience as more and more small projects were added, 
requiring several visits back and forth to Home Depot to get parts and 
supplies we didn't know we needed at the start.


Ed's prices were reasonable and more than fair.

I give Ed Delinski my highest recommendation for home improvement and 
repair work.

Tour of Three Modern Houses: September 15, 2024, 3-6:30 PM 

On Sunday, September 15, 2024, from 3-6:30 PM, FoMA will present a tour of
three Modern houses in Lincoln. Homeowners will lead half-hour tours about
the sustainable choices they made in building or renovating their houses. A
reception with refreshments will follow where you can talk further with the
homeowners and experts. Tour space is limited to 75 participants. Tickets
