Yes, I received that feedback.

Problem being that I don't have much free time at the moment,
and honestly I also lack Win32 knowledge to fix these bugs,
and I don't use Win32 anymore either ... :-|

I have tried for a while to setup those VMs at #msopensource
but no VC compiler was available for me to experiment on.

Plus, my job and my other personal projects are keeping me busy...

If you can help, or you know someone who could,
please point them to https://github.com/cosimo/perl5-win32-api/

I've been thinking for a while that handing over maintainership of
Win32::API would be a good idea.

Anyone cares enough to step in?

I can do it :-)

but please don't hold your breath! it can take me quite some time (let's 
say, between a few weeks and some months), since I'm pretty busy too.
