catching exit on library
I'm searching a portable way to detect when a library is unloaded. Many source I found on internet use _init and _fini to detect load/unload. Linux instead use gcc extensions (__attribute__(destructor)). Other state that some implementation (like SunOS 4.x) don't call _init/_fini.
