Hi Andras,

errors in Italian files should be corrected now...

Re: [libreoffice-l10n] l10n bugs to fix for LibreOffice 3.4.4

2011-10-10 Thread Michael Bauer

Good question. There is one extension from the Extensions module that
is bundled with LibreOffice. So you may want to translate it for the
sake of completeness. It is NLPsolver. You can see it in Calc, choose
Tools -> Solver... menu, then on the Solver dialog press Options...
button. Two of the three solver engines are provided by NLPSolver: SCO
Evolutionary Algorithm and DEPS Evolutionary Algorithm.
Right, I'll put it onto my to-do list for the future but right now we
can live without it. It's fairly specific, I'll be happy if people start
moaning it's not in Gaelic because that'll mean they're using it.

Anyway, I'm a happy bunny tonight, I finished the translation and
checked for bad fails. I'll remove the remaining tags over time but
right now I really don't feel like removing over 2000 single quote tags ;)

So what happens next, never been here. Is there some sort of a
pre-release/nightly that I can play with or are we flying blind with my
locale? A gross error check would be good but I'm fairly confident, and
I'll be tweaking it for years to come anyway.

Time for Gaelic to rejoin the club, can't wait to add it to my signature :)

Michael

[libreoffice-l10n] Error in Chart help

2011-10-10 Thread Mihkel Tõnnov
Hi *,

I found a small incompatibility in Chart help (specifically schart/01.po:
0403.xhp#par_id1007200901590757.help.text): there is
Enter the rotation angle for the data labels. A positive
number rotates the text to the left and a negative number rotates the text
to the right. The text applies to the input box in Insert - Data
Labels dialog.
However, said input field only allows values between 0 and 359 [Degrees] (so
no negative values, and its scale isn't "circular" either, i.e. pressing
"up" from 359 doesn't go back to 0).
I'd prefer the control to be reworked, but the simpler solution would be to
just reword the help string into something like "Enter the counterclockwise
rotation angle for the data labels."

Regards,
Mihkel (of the Estonian l10n team)
