KX-T: extension 129 problem

Hello 
I have a KX-TD 1232  P101E60905E
I am running a total of 24 ext's (I have one KX-TD170 module)
The problem I am having is this: I punched down the extension and it worked for 
a little while then it went dead. I thought is was a bad connection but I have 
changed out the 110 block the 25 pair cable and I have punched down right to 
the 110 block coming from the ext card. Any ideas would be great

KX-T: CO to CO transfer

[Nolan]

I am have call quality issues with CO to CO transfer. the lines used for this 
are land lines not VOIP. Are there any settings that might help with the 
quality? Right now it sounds like the caller is in a hole?

KX-T: No fax calls during night mode

[Nolan]

I have a KXTD 1232 with a TVS120 voicemail attached. My problem is that in 
night mode my fax extension does not pick up. The auto attendant picks it 
up. I have the fax extension set to pick up immediately but still the system 
picks up the call. I know it is probably something simple but I am stumped. 
Any help would be greatly appreciated
