KX-T: TVS-125

2007-07-18 Thread DIALTONE1
I recently changed out a TVS-100 to a TVS-125...At the time I didn't have a
4 port card, and installed (2) 2 port cards with VM intergration to a
KX-TD1232-2. When I install the 4 port card will I need to initilize the
system
again. I'm removing both 2 port cards

KX-T: TA 824 rempte programming

2007-07-18 Thread Jim Schultz
I'm SURE this is a stupid question, but how does one access the internal modem
(supposedly included in the basic package) from a remote computer on the
TA824. I can figure out the access in the programming software, but how does
one access the internal modem? What is it's extension number? I read TFM, but
don't see any mention.

Thanks!
Jim

2007-07-18 Thread Charles Patterson
I had to hire Indian Jones to go through the manuals for me.

There is one small reference in the Installation manual under A
"Accessing the PBX via modem"

Where else would you look for "modem"?

And I had to notice that they give an example of the DISA dial in
string with ...729

Was that the guy from Muncie or New Dehli?

You can keyword search MODEM and get the references, but you have to
look carefully for the 729 reference.
