KX-T: TVS125 Question

2005-07-07 Thread Henry C Robertelli
I got this email from a client.and I can recall how to change it.
Please advise...
We cannot stand the "Sorry, no one is available to take your call.
Please press 1 to leave a message or press operator." This is said after
you push and extension and then that message comes up. Our personal
message does not come up. Why not? It seems that if it beeps and it
knows I am on the phone it should play the "on the phone message" and if
I am not on the phone and did not answer it should play the other
message we recorded when we set it up our voice mail boxes.
It is important we get this fixed. People incessantly push the operator
and say "No one was available to take the call." They get confused. Why
does it not play the personal greeting at the point? Or why does it not
say "I am sorry" <> "is on the phone right now. Please leave a
message." Something to that effect. Where in the manuals can I see the
structure of the voicemail system. I can't seem to find it
Thanks

Sincerely,
Henry
