2005-02-21 Thread Michael Karaman
DITTO that. I still have one 150 out there and I am waiting for that to
die. Do yourself a favor and sell a TVS50, even if you have to sell it near
cost. It will make both you and the customer happy.

Ross, in case you got no response, the tvp150 is analog lines only, it will
not support digital integration. we
use to have two of those in service, both with kxt-336 systems. both
systems(336+150) were decommissioned and sent
to salvage. no one should suffer supporting either box ;-)

Are you putting a 9 before the number?

I know with the TD series you need a "9" first so the system goes to an
outside line..

2005-02-21 Thread Doug Brander
OK wow that was it! Thank you again! I figured that wasn't neccessary
since co1 was primary when you hit speakerphone here. Is there a way to do
it so I don't have to enter a 9 as the first digit in every speed dial
number?

KX-T: KX-T 624 FWD/DND button help

2005-02-21 Thread Krshapiro
I'm having trouble programming the call forward on the 7736 & 7730 phones.
The phones normal to CO-2. Any ideas? Also, caller ID on the older 7730 phones,
is a a setting to only see the telephone number instead of time/date stamp or
is there a toggle?

KX-T: CO Barge-in

2005-02-21 Thread Kim Knapp
In previous KXTs (KX-TA and KX-TD) it was possible to barge into a CO line
conversation from a phone by simply hitting the CO button. With the TAW-848
it seems that you get a busy signal and then you have to hit "3" to barge
in. Is there something I am missing to change it to barge in by simply
hitting the CO button?

Unfortunately, Kim, you're not missing anything. You need the 3 to have a
3-way conversation.

Re: KX-T: kxta 6-24 one touch and speed dial

2005-02-21 Thread Charles Patterson
I don't think there is any way around that 9.
Once you press the speed dial button the system follows what's in the
button so the 9 has to be there.

KX-T: A major upgrade...

2005-02-21 Thread David Lesher
It's always a PITA to hold the punchdown, the hook, and the
paper with all the cross-connects you're doing...

I finally took one of the spring-steel binder clips and glued
it to the 4CO cover on the TD12332. Now it holds the papers
right within reading-glasses range...
