Public bug reported:
After installing the kernel linux 4.4.0-83-generic, I try to reboot. The system
stayed for a long time with a black screen without disk activity. I tried to
reboot with the same kernel and I get a lot of messages as show in the attached
file KernelBug.zip, file P1050781.jpg. To write this bug report, I used an old
version of the system as shown in P1050782.jpg. Parameter system details are in
Capture du 2017-07-18 21-11-18.png.
I tried to boot with the recovery mode without success.
When I try to use "ubuntu-bug linux" I have this Error message: see Capture du
2017-07-18 21-34-34.png

Bug description:
