Hi, I can confirm that the bug affects also the 3.13.11-031311-generic . The problem happens this morning: battery and ac connected but battery red light blinking and not recharging. I had to shutdown, remove ac, remove and replug battery and reboot. Hi, I already had installed BIOS 217 version, few days after were published. With my actually kernel: 3.8.0-27-generic amd64 now every fn+key works perfectly except fn+F2.
